NOTES:
1. Oklahoma joined the SEC in the 2024-2025 school year. For the 2025 SEC Championshps, it was voted on by all 9 teams that only the top 8 seeded teams from the regular season would compete. Arkansas was #9 and was left out of the meet. During a meeting several months later, it was determined that all teams would compete in the meet going forward.

2. Florida's 198.425 team total from 2023 is the highest in history.

3. Whoever wins the SEC championship is statiscally unlikely to also win the NCAA championship in the same season... unless you're Georgia. There have been 45 SEC Championships and the winner has only gone on to win NCAAs 11 times: Georgia accomplished both in 1987, 1993, 1998, 1999, 2005, 2006, and 2008; Alabama in 1988 and 2011; Florida in 2013; and LSU in 2024.

4. Likewise, for the individual all-around titles, the winner of the SEC Championship has gone on to win the NCAA Championship exactly 11 times: Penney Hauschild (1985), Jenny Hansen (1993), Kim Arnold (1997), Jeana Rice (2004), Courtney Kupets (2007, 2009), Kytra Hunter (2012), Bridget Sloan (2013), Alex McMurty (2017), Trinity Thomas (2022), Haleigh Bryant (2024).

5. Georgia has the most team titles with 16, followed by Florida with 13. Alabama has won 10 times and LSU has won 6 times. The other five teams currently in the SEC (Arkansas, Auburn, Kentucky, Missouri, and Oklahoma) have never won.

6. Jenny Hansen, Courtney Kupets, and Alex McMurtry are the only gymnasts who have won an SEC title on all four events and the all-around. Karin Lichey won an individual title on each event but never won the all-around during her career.

7. LSU not only won the team championship in 2024 but all four individual events and the all-around. In 2017, they won the team title and all four individual events; Alex McMurtry from Florida won the all-around that year.
